Order Deed Poll

APPLY FOR LEGAL DEED POLL FOR CHANGE OF NAME.

You can apply on this website to have our legal advisers draw up your Deed Poll to change your name for €65 which is a fraction of the cost that many Solicitors charge (€400-€1000) for this same service.

• When applying for your Deed Poll on this site you will need to provide us with the name of a Witness who will co-sign the deed with you.
• We will need the name, address and occupation of your Witness who must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English.
• Please note when you change your name by Deed Poll your Birth Certificate does not change. When asked to present your birth certificate you present your Deed Poll too as proof of the new name you are using.
• Do note when changing national or travel ID to your new name , you may need to prove use of your new name for a period before you will be allowed to use your new name on your ID.
